Great small PO. Fast and helpful service. I drive out of my way to go here. I don’t understand those negative reviews.
Small PO, but always quick in and out. Yeah, the bunch of guys within are not going to swarm you with fresh baked cookies or throw Skittles at you, but they are very FAST and PROFESSIONAL - unlike your typical post office. I pass other PO (i.e. always busy 29N PO) in order to make it to the Barracks PO because of their fast service. Really, the best ran PO in town.
I wish I could rate the postal workers at this location individually but alas, I cannot. There are a few wonderful humans here and one who at every turn makes life more difficult than it needs to be. I would go to great lengths to avoid dropping off here if you can unless you like rolling the dice on your customer service experience.nnI'd also like to point out that none of those workers are wearing masks. So if you like rolling the dice on your health and safety then this is the place for you!
This review is based on the service I received from a clerk named Gary at the Barracks Road location. I felt discriminated against and he was rude and unhelpful. I don't understand why people with this personality type are hired for customer service positions.nDrive the extra 5 minutes up to the main branch. The clerks there are much more friendly and helpful than this location.
It was not crowded at all and everything was quite clean and organized. Also the staff was really helpful and quick! Thank you :)
