Tl;dr: I had an excellent experience here-friendly, helpful staff who were knowledgeable and efficient.nnI was mailing a bunch of miscellaneous holiday things to a friend in another country, and as I was looking at what kind of package I wanted, the counter staff noticed and asked if she could help. After I explained, she went in the back to get the exact kind of box I needed, then helped me with the customs form. Excellent and efficient service, very pleased.
The worst post office in the area! No help at all trying to return a package. They cant even print the return label for it. I went to UPS store instead and they printed it and I was able to leave it there for the post office to pick it up. Don't even bother going here.
Friendly staff who where vwey helpful
Well located to my residence. Some of the counter staff are overly critical. I've had several of my packages opened up right there in front of me because the counter person didn't believe I was shipping media to qualify for Media Mail Shipping, but oh well.
My packages sit in the Lee Hwy. post office for 3 days waiting to be sent out for delivery. That is ridiculous! I will make sure and order from places that do not use the postal service for future online purchases.
