I arrived at this location a few minutes before closing. I thought they closed at 4:30pm. The automatic door was shut-off and I had to wait for someone to leave in order to get inside. I was preparing my packages when one of the clerks came up and told me they were closed. I responded that I thought closing was at 4:30? The clerk’s curt response was “No” and they closed the door. Another clerk told me to go to another location even though I was already there. They lacked any compassion or kindness. They were more concerned about going home on time. So I had to leave without completing my transaction. The clerks only reinforced the stereotype that postal workers didn’t care about customers. Way to go!

No APC machine!!! Limited hours. Staff here do not know too much outside of the basics of selling stamps etc. Used to have my POB here for 10 years then moved to better USPS station.

I am sending a birthday card and a bookmark to my friend in Ohio, they didn't even look at the address clearly or ask me to confirm, they just asked me to fill in the custom form because there is a merchandise, I am not sure if it is because I look exactly like I am not from here or any other reason, It was awful. When I finished filling it they said oh it is Ohio you don't have to fill it, no apologizes. This is the second time I went there to send things and the second time they profiling me which I think it is very inappropriate and rude, very bad experience. I have nothing to say.

Been coming here for a while now. I have a po box here. The workers are fast and efficient. I buy all my forever stamps here and even mail things internationally!nThe lady and the man are a great tag team duo. Busy place and they got it down.

I agree when the fitness center was open you couldn't get in or out of the parking lot. Also it didn't seem like having a parking lot attendant mastered b'cuz they didn't help the situation. That's a waste of money. Glad to tell you as far as I know the fitness center closed last month January 2019.
