Package show’s “delivered” but nowhere to be found. No local phone number available to ask questions. Left message with details on only available national number, but no return call.

Where's the packet ??? She never have a notification. I'm so disappointed ud83dude1e I send a packet to my daughter since May 18th they told me, she should have by Friday may 22nd it's June 3 she's still not received the packet I'm trying contact since last week I'm in the phone every day it's taking over 1 hour to speak someone I don't have the time to be in the phone that much time I'm working 7 to 5pm every day... they close Saturday!!! I put some bread ud83cudf5e from i think every thing it's damage. I paid a lot so she can some of item's special her asthma medication. Please contact me as soon as possible ud83dude4f.

Close to downtown Honolulu without having to go to main PO on Merchant street. Busy in mornings, but not so bad in afternoon. Note that they do close down at lunchtime and then reopen in afternoon. Usually only 2 workers behind counter, sometimes only 1.

They need a break. How about you guys work on your feet full time without break. About 10 min waiting when it's packed. Overall good place. I wish they worked on Saturday.

Great alternative to the busy downtown post office. They do close from 12:30-1:30 for a lunch break. Other downfall is no lock boxes for larger packages.nn11/6/17 Update: They have installed lock boxes just in the for the busy holiday season!
