They lost my registered mail!! You think you pay extra for registered mail to be safer. I filed a claim and only to confirm that it’s lost. I received email saying “case has been resolved”? What is resolved? My mail lost somewhere containing confidential information that could be used for identity theft. If you have important mail don’t use these fools.
The best of em all. I send packages from here and it gets there fast. Other post office are late. Good customer service.
Usually understaffed but I’ve only had good experiences here. Needs a good renovation though. Luckily it’s open late on weekdays so I can do postage stuff when I get off work.
I’ve always received great customer service, the lines are long at Various times but it’s expected.
I've noticed a lot of the negative reviews for this location (and the Mililani location) revolve around telephone service. I suppose I'm fortunate that I've never had to call this location. I always come here doing last minute mail runs for my Mom's tax business. Staff is always efficient and friendly (even when I've seen some MASSIVE customer blow ups at the staff).
