Oof- the man answering the phones on Tuesday afternoon (12pm) likely has to be retrained or let go. He was incredibly condescending and would constantly interrupt me and would continue to railroad the conversation without letting me speak.. it seemed he just wanted to treat somebody horribly because he knew he wouldn’t get in trouble. I was also led to believe based on him that USPS will keep anything dropped off at the wrong location and you have to just take it at a loss.nnI’ve never had such poor customer service and never have I received such an angry/annoyed/condescending tone coming from a rep before. I guess that’s the safety of working back office where customers won’t see your face or name, but I suggest USPS retrain or let go because reps like this tarnish a company’s reputation.

I don't usually write a review on a post office but this one is interesting. Most of the staff is friendly and eger to help with customers needs. I worked with an older gentleman (white hair) who quite honestly should just retire - doesn't have any enthusiasm to want to help people out. How difficult is it to ask how you are doing?
Love and hate this place. First of all, I have a PO Box here and I come to pickup mail here pretty often. I only go to the service desk when I need help as the lines always seem to be long. The lines do move quickly but could move faster if the customers were more prepared. The pet peeve is that the parking lot is crazy busy and people just block the driveway and lot hoping for the next stall. This blocks the entrance to the mall ant Pahoa Avenue during the day. Overall it's good for what we got.
I deal with this postal location when visiting family and the folks here are kind and helpful every time. This is in Stark contrast to the ones I frequent in San Diego. If all the post offices were like this one I would not dread going to the post office.
