Somewhat old lady that works there to rude. Ive been paying the tracking numbers for my shipping at $3.50 And she didnt even ask me what one i wanted and right away yelled out a price of $7.50. I asked i do the $3.50 and she told me we dont do that nomore and i needed to pay the $7.50 to put the tracking number on. I went the day before with a young lady and aya before with a young man with glasses to send out mail with tracking for $3.50 and it was accepted. Management needs to correct this kind of behavior and i see that im not the only one leaving reviews like this. I now choose to go to the heyburn one where they are more nice and friendly.

Why can’t I give no stars? Older lady is extremely rude and you don’t dare go in. I called after I went in and she was just as rude to answer questions. I will continue dealing with Heyburn and their staff when I have issues.

People were not kidding about the lady that works here. She’s very loud and talks in a poor manner to everyone. I don’t think that she means to be rude but she comes off as rude because of her tone and loud voice. She was somewhat helpful to me anyway even though I was very annoyed that everyone in the room kept staring at us and knew what we were talking about at all times.nnShe’s probably just doing that because she wants to retire early or something. Anyway, your best bet would be to use the Heyburn or Paul post office. If you want to get your passport the burley county court house also does them. If you don’t mind being annoyed at her then it’s whatever she will still help you, even if it is in her loud and rude tone haha

The lady whose name is Jerry or whatever is so rude! She needs some customer service training as soon as possible. I feel sorry for her co-workers, it must be so frustrating working with her. Next time you need to expedite your U.S. passport, I would suggest going somewhere else.

As a newcomer, I was given a lot of helpful service here. Glad to go back. Maybe they're not perfect, but who is???
