I'm third generation going to the Nog, Az postal office and I consider the employees as family, their good and hard working people, thanks
My last order was placed in a random Parcel Locker by my local USPS on Sunday 03/15 with no key and no way to get my purchased item. After a week of trying to contact local USPS office by following instructions from my very nice and polite regular mail carrier during the week to “call repeatedly, someone will eventually answer”, I was able to speak with a staff member two times. First they took my info, promised to call back and never called back. Two days later I did same thing, called several times over 3 hour period, then called back to back 8 times and someone answered. Took my information, promised to call back, never called back. Needless to say, my item is lost. I received poor customer service during this whole experience and I no longer entrust my purchased product in the hands of employees of our local government postal office.nnBy the way, this is not the first time this USPS office has failed to deliver my package. 2 earlier occasions where tracking info ended at this office over the past year have disappeared with no explanation or at least tried to find out. I didn’t leave a review about it here because the items never amounted to more than 20 dollars so I would just reorder or buy locally. But this time I didn’t have the option of reorder or local buy. This item was irreplaceable.
I can't seem to get to them thru the phone number they have...it just rings non-stop and I wonder if they at least have a damn email for us to reach them since they don't seem to pick up THE PHONE!!!
Honestly Im so upset with my new mailman. He never takes my packages and just dumps my packages over the fence where anyone passing by can just take them. He once left one of my big packages standing there next to the sidewalk. He is super lazy. Such an inconvenience.
