I was supposed to have gotten 2 packages from them in the last 3 days.the first said they no such address, its clearly on the post outside the house and can be seen from across the street ( besides the post office should know addresses on thier route). The second was told, when it said no such number. I paid for things to get here quickly, now I have to wait2 more days, then I have to drive to post office AGAIN to hopefully pick up my package. This is totally ridiculous. I have never lived anywhere, where the post office is so incompetent.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Called on 5/18/2020 to ask a simple question about why my package was sent back to the sender, a gentleman by the name of “Carlos” was extremely rude and dismissive.nnIf Carlos hates his job that much, he should look for another job that doesn’t deal with the public or require the use customer service skills. I’ve dealt with this guy before and he is the worst. The best thing USPS can do is get rid of this guy.nnNote: if you’re calling this location, ask who you’re speaking to. If a “Carlos” is on the other line, hang up and try again or ask to speak to another associate. Carlos is extremely unprofessional.nnUpdate: turns out “Carlos” is Carlos Pompa and he is the postmaster at this location.

I'm a small business that depends on mailing our product to customers. In over 600 mailings I have not had a single problem with our customer not getting a package. The folks at the counter have become friends and have suggested ways I can save money and speed shipments. If I could give them 6 stars I would - they are absolutely wonderful!!!!!!!!!

The postal lady was very rude, went as far to tell me I wasted 15 minutes of her time. The gentleman I usually see there was busy with another customer, he is always friendly and cordial
