I’ve never had a complaint about the post office until now. We bought our house which had no mail box and it was originally on the door which we found in previous photos.nnWe installed our mailbox and have been in a battle with our lazy postal delivery person. He is refusing to deliver our mail bc our box isn’t at the street. 95% of the mailboxes in our neighborhood are by the door. The manager is awful and there is no one to get assistance. We personally feel discriminated against.nnI can’t believe as a taxpayer who pays our postal delivery persons wages is fighting us over our mailbox being at the door.

Postal workers at the front desk are awesome, super friendly and helpful. Postal workers on my route are a different story. Lost my VA medication multiple times and offered no assistance in recovering lost deliveries. Always leave my packages in the grass and dirt near the sidewalk instead of dropping them off at my front door.

Very good customer service. Everyone is so nice there.

Terrible service, driver misscans or misdelivers my packages 3 times within a week, call customer service and wait on line for about 40 minutes, just for them to say they will get back to me within 72 hours, package was not delivered to mailbox as scan suggest or key to locker left.Hopefully if he put in wrong box person is honest. Mailman delivered incorrect units mail to wrong boxes almost all the time. customer service is not helpful.

Small town like post office! I love it! And the workers are so kind!
