Absolutely horrible when it comes to customer service. One person working behind the counter helping people? This has been going on now for the last six weeks. The Asian lady has attitude behind the counter as well. I would figure working a government job with a pension you be more happy. This post office needs to hire more people also evaluate who they hire. Every time I come to this post office always something also employees customer service is horrible

I have send many packages and their service is fast, the two short ladies are nice and try to help you to the best of their abilities but yeah I agree with the others in the comments, theres a lady (she is tall and skinny) don’t know if her name is carol but yeah her attitude isn’t the best for costumer service and sales. She is normally not in the best mood.

I noticed the negative reviews and thought I should add my positive experiences! Each visit has been easy, quick, and the staff pleasant. So I don't know what alternate reality I've been in, or if I'm just lucky!

They don't know their pricing. I had the go to another lost office to get international service.

Thought I would try USPS to see if I wanted to shift since I send out so many packages for work. Only one lady. She took forever and then condescending. Just happened. UPS is the way to go.
