Worst post office ever. Half of the employees don't know how to do their job and the other half are SLOW as can be! Sad that these are the individuals hired by our government.
The employees here are always really friendly and helpful!
I enjoy the convenient location, the staff has been friendly to me. They are short staffed, but they are conscious of good service. The lines, although long, are serviced in a timely way. I found that the P. O. rentals are higher than in Sacramento. Unfortunately, I've had 2 postal mishaps there: one with a misplaced parcel and the other a lost parcels. The management seems to take it seriously and have attempted to find my package. There is also problem with one of the locker keys sticking in the lock, I seem to get that one most of the time.
Of all the bad post offices in the country, and there are a LOT, this one sets a new low. Rude and incompetent customer service staff. I received an email notification that there was an attempted delivery of my package and that a notice was left. I was home all day, no delivery attempt, no notice left. When I told the customer service staff this, I was basically told I was lying.
I have been going to this location for 4 years. I have never had any problems here, ever! They are proficient, and courteous! I enjoy this location and the extra mile they go for their customers. Well done!
