I live in Coventry but I go to this PO due to the friendly customer service. Even when there are long lines the employees always do their best to be helpful and are genuinely pleasant.
If I could leave a negative number I would. I have had a PO Box here for the last 10 year's. In the past two years I have had packages returned due ton. I truly can not say. My child's name was not on the box. Are you kidding me! They clearly have the same last name! They also sent a package back due to the fact I had not gone to the box for 4 weeks? Is that not why you get a box? Just in case you are not able to leavr the house. Ugh...
They need to speed the line and hire more people
Wonderful service. Staff are friendly and helpful. Wait time varies throughout the day. Overall always a good experience.
