Asked if my package made it to them, was told I have no idea so I asked if he could check , then he asked do you want to pick it up and I said yes and he said you cant do that you will have to wait till its delivered. Thing is I've picked packages up from them. It seems like your only aloud to pick stuff up depending on who's working
Had to ship a package to my son in Colorado - since I live in Florida I’m not from the area I googled the closest post office. I was truly thankful for the personable service and friendliness. There were two clerks working so none of us had to wait( a big issue at my local post office in south florida)nThe clerk who assisted me was very friendly and helpful in getting the right box/rate for my son’s stuff.nI didn’t catch her name but it was clerk #13- thanks for excellent customer service with a smile!
