We do the best we can. Just like any other place of employment - you have good and bad employees. It is not an easy job. We are humans and make mistakes like everyone else. We are timed, followed, monitored, deliver in any kind of weather, many of us do not stop from the time we swipe in until the time we swipe out. Not to use the restroom or eat. New carriers get brought on all the time and if they don’t know the route - things may get delivered wrong or not at all. Even harder when you don’t know the area. Please understand that we deliver anywhere from 100 to 600 packages a day on top of the mail. Personally - I walk anywhere from 12 to 16 miles a day, climb at least 20 flights of stairs all while carrying up to 40 pounds in my bag and arms.
We ordered a package through Best Buy that required a adult signature. After it wasn't delivered for a while we found out they put the notice slip in our apartment complex mailbox instead of coming to the door. How are you supposed to get a signature at the mailbox? To make matters worse the pickup address on the redelivery slip was to the post office in Akron. When we got there they said our package was at the Copley post office. So why does the slip have the Akron office address instead of the Copley office. Overall just a extremely frustrating experience.

I'm done with USPS, after dealing with this dysfunctional post office for several years. I wish everyone who sends me mail would use Fedex or UPS; I would happily pay for it if it's actually something I need.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Constantly delivering packages to the wrong address. Sometimes you get your package often time you don’t and they could care less! This location needs major training. Avoid at all cost
