I LOVE this location!!!! I actually live close to 3 other location but will pass them to go to the Hartville location. The ladies are always nice and helpful. They answer my questions without judgement. They DO NOT forcefully throw my packages to the bin like I have seen other locations do. Thank you for the drama-free visits!

This branch has the best staff. They treat you with respect, they know what they are doing, great customer service and friendly too.nI wish all post office branches, no make that ALL retail business had a staff like them!
