What a post office should be! Staff is helpful, polite, and friendly and know everyone by name. Such a treat going here, this is the way a postal office should be run.nnThe Attleboro post office should take lessons from this place. They are so rude and miserable over there. You can’t walk in to that place without hearing a customer complain.
I had a package that was delivered to the wrong address and I waited until after the long weekend to try and figure out where it went. According to tracking data, it was delivered so I went to the local office on Bedford St and the nice lady redirected me to the carrier facility a few miles further down. I told the gentleman the same story with the package and realized that the package was sent to the wrong address/mailbox. The nice gentleman dispatched someone to check on the package and later on that same afternoon, I saw my package in my mailbox. Mislabeled... I’m thankful for the staff at both locations for being professional and friendly.
I just visited the Lakeville, MA P.O. about 9:00 am on 1/13/18. I have never been more disgusted than today. Between Mike and Marie, the service is always stellar. The non-helpful man in there today needs to re-review his customer service skill set, if he has one. I didn't have the tape needed to finalize my return box to Land's End. If in that situation, any of the others would have been more than helpful. If one can't be kind to customers and/or helpful, they need to move on and work where social skills are not necessarily needed.

This is the worst branch I have ever seen. They refuse to deliver packages to Clark Shores. They always have some bogus reason why they didn't deliver my package. One day in the middle of summer they reported to Amazon that they were unable to deliver my package due to inclement weather...it was sunny and about 80 degrees in Lakeville that day. I have filed complaints with Amazon and USPS and still nothing is done. When I personally go to the office to pick up my packages, the people who worked there were rude. I wish they would fire the entire Lakeville staff, from the Post Master all the way to the bottom.
