Very poor service. They were in possession of a package that they held for two days before delivering. Now I have a package that I mailed May 18 first class two days delivery that still hasn't been delivered. Apparently lost. All they offered was a phone number I could call to report a missing package. I eventually had to go online to fill out forms. Deshler did nothing for me. What's their job?
Repeatedly ignores delivering mail and packages even when you're home to receive them!!!
I've ordered several packages and they arrive on time. However Saturday May 18 2019 a package was supposed to arrive at my home on South Lind St and got an email stating that they couldn't get to the door, driveway and mailbox. This is complete bs as the front door is 20 feet from the road and there is nothing in the way
holds mail without permission.mail not delivered several times
