Reviews
Not a real post office location and has late pickup times so packages go out an entire day later then any actual post office location. Packages are just stored in hy vee shopping carts behind the front desk completely unsecured.
Our box was full one time because we were out of the house for a week, so they refuse to give us our mail and have been returning everything to sender just to spite us.nnCan't wait until this service is finally privatized and these crooks have to find real jobs where they are held to a reasonable standard of conduct.
This post office is located inside the Hy-Vee at the customer service center. It is full featured and I was able to send something media mail with no issues. A bonus is that Hy-Vee sells various boxes and mailers in the store. The staff was polite and courteous and I will certainly be returning!
