This team of workers rock! Best post office I’ve ever used
Takes the delivery driver 4-55hrs to deliver the mail in my trailer park. Will rope it off so no one can get their mail but the delivery driver will either be sitting in their truck playing on their phone or no where in sight. I shouldnt have to wait to get my mail hours AFTER my mail was delivered due to the fact that the driver can't deliver the mail in a timely manner.
The staff here is engaged in their work. They are friendly and neighborly. The parking lot is kept up very well. The lobby and entrance is clean and kept free of debris and snow during the year and inclement weather. The postal boxes outside are in good condition too. This post office is conveniently located in downtown Romulus. There are parks nearby and it is an easy ride or walk to several other businesses.nnThe building is clearly marked. It is a little difficult to find the door at first because it is tucked behind the main facade but that allows for easy entry during inclement weather as mentioned. The landscaping is attractive and well designed. All in all it is a pleasure to visit this post office for my postal business.
Very inconsistent we have to go to my mother In Laws to send out mail because they don't come to your house unless you are receiving mail we have it to where it sends us emails when we are supposed to get mail and even though It says we are getting it we hardly ever do until a few days later its been this way the 3 years I have lived hear
postal workers need to get more service areas.
