I've attempted to send numerous items to my 90 year old grandmother who lives in an Auburn assisted living facility and they have never gotten to her, nor have they been returned to me. Tracking on one of the items states that it is at the Auburn post office but has never been delivered. I used to work for the post office and this is pretty poor service. And yes, my items were addressed properly. Unfortunately, there is not much that can be done to retrieve any of these items since the post office has a monopoly on mail delivery and can be as terrible as they want to be. So leaving a poor review is the best I can do. :-(

Early this morning I left home to mail a letter at my local post office in Auburn Michigan, I was in a hurry as I was only walking the several blocks to my post office, it was very cold, I didn’t bother to bring my purse what I didn’t realize until I got to the post office was I neglected in my haste to put one of my stamps on it The very nice clerk I believe her name was Paula, she loaned me the amount of the stamp so I wouldn’t have to make another trip back home and my letter could be mailed right away. That was so nice of her to help me I will replace the cost of the stamp as soon as I possibly can, I am a regular customer at this particular post office and I have found everyone of the employees both carriers and clerks to be very helpful and kind.
There just OK, staff has never been nice to me, always have gave me a hassle it seems when mailing something. The delivery drivers on my route tho are very nice from here ud83dudc4dud83cudffb
My husband just spent 15 to 20 minutes shoveling around our mailbox. The postal truck just came by took one look at the space and drove straight by. We haven't had mail in two days so I'm sure we had something. This is not the first time this has happened. He has a bigger spot open then anyone else's. This is very upsetting and uncalled for.
