This post office constantly delivers our mail to the wrong mail box including a most recent tax refund which somebody down the street finally brought over after two weeks. Today, they delivered an Amazon package to the wrong mailbox. This has happened six times this year (that we know of). Luckily, although not fool proof, we use the USPS informed delivery service and most of the time can see when something isn't delivered after being scanned upon arrival at the post office here in Farmington Utah. Sad, that we have to feel like we have to check and balance our mail delivery every day.
Vary unprofessional place should not even been opened for business
You don't expect much from the Post Office but this place is terrible! The postal workers here are rude. There's a taller guy with glasses, I think he's a manager, he full on yells at people if they have a question and don't have an expert knowledge of shipping. I once saw him go yell at someone because they were parking by the post office but going into the business next to it but the post office still had over a dozen parking spots. Place really feels mismanaged, even for the government. It wasn't great before but has gotten so much worse over the past couple years. 😕
Are you guys hiring? Because I would do better at your job with no experience. I would give zero stars if I could. Quit sending my packages back and telling me it's an insufficient address I'm literally across the street you guys are incompetent.
