I have to drive from Romeoville to Bolingbrook post office because the counter staff are rude, not sensitive to people waiting too long to be served. You get the feel as though they are doing you a favor. Almost, every time the only person at the counter is the old white lady, first from your left, who will always diligently do her best to serve the customers. The village should do something about this.
I stopped in to get my passport renewed and was met with mixed feelings. I waited 45 minutes to get my passport started. It's understandable because it was during the holidays, however, one would think they would hire a few more people to handle the rush. The staff seemed very stressed out due to the holiday rush. I think management needs to reconsider how they handle peak times.
This facility has the worst customer service. I was trying to ship out a box which all I need is a weight and the price. They kept forcing me to use a flat rate box which is either too big or small for the contents of what I'm trying to ship. Then asked for tape gun to seal the box and I would have to pay for tape. They talk down to me as if I was stupid. I'll just go to my post office, so much for saving time.
This place has always handled my shipping in a quick and efficient manner.
Very uncomfortable, rude and horrible experience. The ladies at the counter Veronica and Precious and the other lady on the counter had a very irritated sound to the way they talked to the customers. Having a smart mouth and sarcasm is not something that should be present when being a customer service representative. Overall it was a an experience which I wouldn't want to go through again. I will be looking elsewhere next time.
