These people are so rude! They need to retrain their personal service staff or just let a computer do it soi can have better service.
Friendly and courteous personell. The carriers do their job are friendly & helpful, the staff in the post office are pleasant employees. I have no complaints .
I wasn't rude. I was polite. I didnt deserve to be talked to/treated that way. I simply did not know you couldn't use a flat rate box with postage already paid. Instead of just saying no over and over and hitting my box, maybe explaining that to me would have been a more customer friendly response.
Sent my girlfriend in to return the faulty vape i recieved and even after we showed them the advertisment proving my vape did not use lithium ion batteries he still made her pay the extra charge for shipping a lithium ion battery..then he added in all kinds of reasons it would cost more untill it came up to over 13 dollars..to return an item that does not work and does not contain lithium ion batteries.Edit: since the day I posted this all my mail started going to the neighbors house
Zachary Calhoun is Harassing a customer over situation on social media And he’s the postmaster this poor man was stating his concern about a situation with his son special-needs school about a convicted person, this postmaster deals with this man mail! he has showing hostility and hate for this person and he’s been very unprofessional I don’t see how this is acceptable and how they don’t don’t do background checks.
