I ordered a few sweaters for the winter and unfortunately the place I ordered from didn't include my apartment number on the package despite me listing it on my shipping address. I didn't even find out about it until the day it was supposed to be delivered. However, the employees at this post office were SO helpful in fixing my address on the package and ensuring me that it would be delivered the next day. It wasn't even the post office's fault that it was messed up in the first place. The same day I called the post office I also sent an email about the situation and was told I would hear back within one business day and I actually received a phone call the same day. I know 2020 has been a very strange year, but I am thankful to have the USPS to help us receive our mail and packages every single day.
My packages are being stolen. The mail carrier in Northport keeps leaving them at the front door and I have told her and him this many times. I want to pick them up from the post office. It's like they just don't care and it shows. I am on my way to talk to a manager or post master now. I wish I could post this video. Because I live on the FRONT STREET. The package looks like hey come get me I'm free. I got a all my Christmas packages stolen its pitiful . I told the carrier about this trying to be nice and not get anyone in trouble but now I'm feeling like a doormat. I shouldn't have to get cameras. Just write the paper slip so I can pick it up. I wish I didn't have to give a star at all.
Terrible customer service. Very nosey. Need to stick to sorting mail dumb as hoez and mind your business.
I sell online and the employees at my Northport location have always gone out of their way to help me. They are always very polite and patient and believe me I have tested that patience on a couple of occasions LOL. Cannot praise them enough ud83dudc95ud83dudc95ud83dudc95ud83dudc95ud83dudc95
