With the Christmas rush, I was happily surprised to see the level of care & help I received today. Most of my Christmas cards were not machinable (i.e., not flat). As a result, David helped me purchase additional 15¢ postage per card. To make sure the cards aren’t damaged during processing, he also stamped each one as “non-machinable.” He was patient & kind with me and soon we had all 40+ cards ready for drop-off. I really appreciate his help & Christmas cheer! ud83cudf84
I've always had great experiences at this location! The staff, despite the people they have to deal with, have always been friendly and courteous. I'm happy to have my P.O. Box here, especially since this location is open till 5 during the week, and for a few hours on Saturdays.
No one will answer phone. Rings about 10 times then goes busy
I hate going in here. Very rarely do you ever get a friendly face. They never answer the phone so you never can get answers on why a package was not delivered. I literally have a note posted in my mailbox about where to leave packages and stating that we are always home. There is never an excuse to not call the number in the mailbox and let us know to come down the driveway. I hate getting things usps.nYou would think that since the mail is dying they would try and boost sales and put friendly people in their offices.nPay attention to your google reviews people. We want this to be a better place. We want our packages delivered.
I cannot believe that the post office cannot deliver a package to my home however their competitor was able to deliver on both days they stated they couldn't. I tried to contact them using several different numbers to which each phone line just continues to ring until disconnect or no way to talk to a person to try and work with them to get my package. I find it even worse that the delivery driver has managed to deliver packages to me for 3 different neighbors to my house but can't figure out how to deliver a package addressed directly to me at my own house. This is just absurd! I finally gave up and drove downtown to get the package to which I could have just gone to the store directly and treated with more respect.
