Every time I go here there is a line out the door or down the hallway. They NEVER have more than 1 person working up front even with 15 people waiting in line. Absolutely hate having to come to this post office for this exact reason. If there was even 2 people working up front there would never be a line. Never will there be more than one person working it’s absolutely so illy staffed.

I have only lived here for a month but I have already had multiple issues with my mail. First, on two separate occasions, I have requested a pickup for some packages I was sending out and noted they were on my front porch. The first time I received an email notification saying that the packages had been picked up, but found out the next day that they were still on my porch and had been out all night. I'm lucky they weren't stolen. The next day I put them in a crate and left them in front of my mailbox and they were picked up. A week later it happened again. This time I went out to the road with my packages and waited on the carrier to come back by from the culdesac at the end of the road and flagged him down. He then acted surprised like he didn't know they were there. He knew they were there. Not five minutes before that he marked them as picked up. It was late and he was ready to go home and couldn't be bothered. It took THREE DAYS for them to be scanned into their system and show that they had been received by the USPS which leads me to believe the packages sat in the back of that truck for those three days. But that's not all! Tonight I was expecting a delivery and it's raining. I watched him pull up to my mailbox and drive off. He did not come to my door. I went out to check and my package was not there. I checked the delivery status and it showed that a delivery attempt was made but was unsuccessful. BULL. $H!T. It was raining and he didn't want to get out and come to my door. I am able to track the order on Shopify and see him driving around the next neighborhood with my package still in there. I'm tempted to track him down and retrieve it, as I needed it for tomorrow. To say I am unsatisfied is an understatement. I am repulsed at the level of audacity and laziness. Something needs to be done about this.

Very rude staff everytime i come. Staff will leave 1 person to work with a line of people thats out the doir, everyone acts as if they are too good to help. Time management is also a big downfall at this location .... sign says they open at one time but they wont unlock the doors until they get ready ... we can stand in the hallway and hear them all cackling and hanging out in the back. ud83dude44

Long lines, people without masks, self service machine always broken, no labels available to fill out before getting to register, and the worst of it...the employee Lisa..shes really mean, nasty to customers for no reason. Just asking a question sets hers off.

When I arrived at this USPS location there were 10 people waiting inside. There was a sign on the window that said “back after lunch at 1:00.” It was 1:40 and many people had been waiting since before 1:00. Very unprofessional, especially of a tax funded govt entity. No phone number was left to call. Unacceptable.
