It's not really a post office; it's a Secretary of State with a desk on the third floor after passing security. Go to the location at 901 Broadway instead.
It is post office in State office building. Cannot use Credit Card
This is the best post office and best customer service staff ever. I wish I knew their names - there's always the same two cute youngsters working the desk at this location. They are beyond helpful, always willing to assist me with whatever random question I have that day. I go here if at all possible - never any lines or incompetence. USPS is lucky to have these guys.
The customer service here is awesome. It's always empty, everyone is happy to help you and these people are so different from most government workers. ; ) They're super kind and happy to do their jobs!
It was a small post office on the 3rd floor inside of the building. Parking could be a problem too. You need to get a visitor pass to get in. But all very smooth, and staff was very friendly and efficient. Good experience overall.
