Today my incident was at the desk with a men he told me I could get a refund but then changed his mind about it , and this is a about a package I’ve been trying to get back for months now and of course I wouldn’t have the receipt of it but I have a photo of the receipt and he told me that was OK but all of a sudden it wasn’t ! And he thought it was ok to be rude with me when I needed the money back to help some one in need ! But they was so rude and unprofessional to me. I told him at that point he didn't have to be mean, because it was unacceptable. This is the absolute worst post office I've ever visited in my entire life! They are SO hateful. One of the employees at the front desk will treat you like you are nothing. I am not a piece of trash, and I refuse to be treated like one. They will snap at you, and intimidate you as if you garbage. But overall Worst post office I've ever been to. They bring their attitudes and favoritism to regular customers up front. I came to receive my package and the whole demeanor changed. I wish I had another option besides this place.

DO NOT USE THE DROPBOX AT THIS LOCATION. I've attempted to send packages and cards at this location and nothing has been delivered that I've sent. Packages, cards and etc. It's disappointing. This is a federal service and whomever is stealing from the dropbx should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Mrs. Marilyn is always helpful and friendly..she is a tremendous asset to the company thank you Marilyn.

Very rude Unhelpful

Flo is amazing! I had a package that I had sent to my old address. When I tracked the package it showed it was at the Fessler PO. I got there like 2 minutes after closing and Flo still helped me and got me my package! Thank you so much for you perfect customer service!!! I can say how happy and grateful I am for Flo! PS I tried to tip her and she wouldn't take it!!!
