This post office has lost two Smart Post packages for me. The first time, the package needed a signature, so they left me a sticker slip. I went to the post office THAT DAY to sign for it, and they had already sent it to the distribution center to return. Today, they can't find a package that THEY changed my address on. It must be nice to have a job that allows blatant incompetence.nIf you have to ship to Duncan, DO NOT use the post office.
Had item shipped from Amazon. Paid extra to have shipped sooner. Tracking said out for delivery. Mail showed but not package. Later tracking info said being held at PO at customers request. I can only assume the carrier missed the package and instead of admitting that mistake decided to say customer wanted it held at PO.
Got some chickens shipped from cali, and they was prompt on calling me, was able to g.j o pick up before hours, and when I did arrive, my package looked well taking care of, and they was friendly staff, thank you guys for caring...
Employee went above and beyond to find my lost package. I really appreciate it!
Had trouble almost every time getting my mail and packages.
