Constant trouble with the mail carrier just tossing and damaging packages at my mothers house, she is disabled and we installed a camera to see why the packages are damaged. filed complaints with the post master and nothing seems to ever change. packages dropped over the railing or just slammed down in front of the door blocking my disabled mother from being able to open her storm door resulting in her having to walk around the house or go through the garage to move the packages.
The woman up there didn't explain everything efficient enough to me and I ended up paying $8 more then I needed to.
As expected. Can get busy but staff is nice and gets everyone taken care of as quickly as they can.
Lately my mail keels getting to be later and later i understand there's a virus going on but geez i use to get my mail at 230 now some days its not til after 500 whats going on
