It was good enough.nThere was a long line but it steadily moved, just not quickly. The staff is professional, you will be greeted, it may not be warm and fuzzy, but they do it and stay work focused. There was about 10 people ahead of me and it took about 15-20 minutes for my turn. I did not find an issue with this, but can see how it may bother some. I think this is a great post office to use when I need them, but extra time planned is necessary.
My very first visit to the Brooklyn Park post office was an awesome first impression. There wasn't any line, they had inventory in stock, and the staff were so incredibly nice. It was the complete opposite of the last post office I had been to. I will continue to take my business there!
I recently had trouble with a package being delivered because the wrong zip code was written on the package by mistake. I received a text that my package had been delivered but it was not anywhere to be found. In my panic I contacted the Brooklyn Post Office. Team member India Robinson took my call and immediately got on the case. Ms. Robinson assured me that she would investigate and get to the bottom of what was going on. She was friendly and got right to work and within minutes my package was on my front porch. I’d like to thank Ms. Robinson for her swift response. She led me through a stressful time with compassion and reassurance. Thank you so much Ms. Robinson!!!
No mail delivery in a whole week so unacceptable
This location is so terrible. The people are rude and pushy. The mail men come out to deliver and never attempt to give packages and forget about them. They lie a lot. They never even knocked on my door and sent out a failed attempt. I’m home 24/7
