AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. The service is awful. The staff does the bare member and nothing more. We have contacted several post offices and none are requiring appointments for passports but the staff member there this morning could care less that we had been waiting in line with a 1 year old to get the passport process started. We have so many friends and family members who have gotten passports for their children in recent days and didn’t need an appointment. But of course since this would take her a few minutes she didn’t want to help us cause “we didn’t have an appointment “. Do yourself a favor and go to a different post office even if you have to drive a few extra minutes. I sure will.
The staff was efficient and friendly. Small location is great for routine stuff that requires minimal interaction. Respect the Eagle!
Usually busy because it's so convenient and the people are always courteous, professional, and thorough. They handle a huge load with good-natured manners, calm detachment, and swift efficiency. Even though the Nottingham branch is much bigger, people prefer to come here because of the excellent service. Yes, the lines are long sometimes: the price of being so good is it brings a lot more customers in.
The people who work at this post office continue to go above and beyond to help customers. Thank you for all your hard work!
