I've been here once a month for the past 6 months to send packages to my students. I've been here when there was no line and when the line was 20 people long and stretched out the door. Either way, the line always moves quickly and the employee who greeted me at the counter was always friendly and helpful. My first time, I had addressed my package incorrectly and they let me borrow a marker and come right back up to the counter instead of going through the line all over again. Especially if you are sending a smaller package that weighs only a few ounces, USPS is the way to go.

The height of laziness and incompetence! When all other package delivery carriers including UPS, Amazon, FedEx, & DHL are delivering on-time and respectfully placing packages on the porch out of sight and protected against the weather elements, here comes our local USPS postal carrier. She doesn't bother getting out of her chariot. She just throws the package out of her truck allowing it to land wherever. Sometimes at the base of the mailbox and completely inconsiderate of rain, sleet, snow, or package pirates. This is a reflection on the Pikesville Postmaster. Our government at its best. The USPS should be disbanded. Regular mail delivery is atrocious too with bills many times arriving over 30 days late.

I can't say I've had any issue with this post office, This is a convenient location so expect lines, be patient and/or print your labels at home and drop them off NO WAIT. There's other locations a little further away as well. ( My only issue with USPS in general is mostly failing to scan packages/lost and not taking responsibility when dropped at a blue box.)

Most of my experiences have been good ones at this post office. The attendants are long-time professionals who spend specialized, individual time with each patron. The lines tend to be long but the attendants help each of through my including those who need mirw help than others.

The young lady with the glasses is SO rude ALL the time. I thought maybe she was simply having a bad but I quickly learned that she just has a bad attitude.
