There absolutely bs, I have waited 40 minutes for a supervisor. Someone named Shay said wait by a door for a supervisor because she couldn't fix my issue, my mail was going to the wrong address. You would think she could look in the computer an see it nope. My son with autsim is waiting in the car calling my phone every five minutes while I am waiting by a door for a supervisor who could care less about customer service. I was just told a lady with curly hair is supposed to help me... apparently they don't know each others names. I said I am leaving a review they don't care.

I think it is the best office I have ever known. John our mailman is the best and goes beyond what he he has to.5 stars they are the best!

Horrible customer service. Brianna has a nasty attitude. Will interrupt you while you’re speaking to them. Any concerns are met with hostile responses. It’s ridiculous! I didn’t come to the post office for a fight. They even talked about my wife’s hair between each other. Something needs to be done about this station. Who can we talk to? This place needs a shakeup. I dread going to this location.

Horrible customer service. The manly he/she person with the dreads was extremely rude. If you’re having a bad day don’t bring it to work! If I look better than you just say that! It needs to get fired.

Picked up by this office on 12/31. Still sitting there. I know they are inundated with mail, but why is it still not being processed?
