I wish I could leave 0. The worse service and they never answer the phone. I think if you call back to back since they don’t answer. They take the phone off the hook. Just terrible customer service. I had my mail forward I barely get my mail. It no way companies should be tell me my mail was return. How is that possible when I did a permanent change of address. This has been going for a while and it has not been fixed.

Their delivery staff seriously needs to be reevaluated. I needed a gift for valentine’s day, and I was expecting it by Feb. 13. I am then notified on the night of the 13th that there was a delivery attempt made, at a time that I was home might I add, and there was nothing of the sort. I live in an apartment building that requires people to be buzzed in in order to access the front door of those who live inside; however, not a single person buzzed my apartment building to get in during the so called “attempt.” I can’t believe there are employees not being honest & and half-heartedly doing their jobs, especially during a busy time such as this one. Disappointing.

Love our mail carrier his name is Jeff he’s always pleasant and even has treats for everyone’s dogs he is the best. He goes out of his way and makes sure we receive our packages ud83dudce6 too. As far as the post office I won’t rate because I don’t go there often but I will say it usually takes a while.

The reviews here make me wonder how nothing has been fix. Just got notification that my package wasn't delivered because the mailbox was inaccessible. Which makes no sense since I live in a single family house, and the entire area in front of my house is open. Absolute trash; this branch needs to be re-worked.

The female mail carrier that has our route is constantly delivering the mail to the wrong house. Appears to have skipped delivery on a few Fridays. Seen putting mail in just a couple of boxes and then driving off. Has not taken outgoing mail from the box. Pure laziness in my opinion. This is happening in the New Haven Drive area of Essex.
