One star is too many. I went today, and the office was CLOSED at 11:15 am! No reason why, no estimated opening. When I finally did get to talk to someone she was the most RUDE HUMAN I have ever met. No person should ever talk to ANYONE like that. Basic decency and/or customer service is not practiced there.

They only allow 5 people at a time. When I walked in, I was told to leave because of the number of people. However, while I was standing, more people came in, of whom were the same race as the person working, she did not say anything to them.nnWhile waiting in line, the same person as mentioned above, kept playing with her phone and talking instead of helping customersnnThat's the quality you get with government employees. No respect for time or others

This places needs better employee’s. One star is to much to give! First of all they’re very rude no manners. The employee Was not even ready on opening time and on top of that they don’t care gave me an attitude instead of just helping me send me my mail out. They don’t have the patients nor are they polite. This places need Better employees who are willing to do the work right without having a horrible attitude.

Not great. Go somewhere else if you can. The manager is very nice, but unfortunately her staff is not very competent.
