I had an amazing experience at this US Postal location. I read reviews prior to arriving and was hesitant as they had pretty low reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised that I had such a wonderful experience. I had my passport appointment @ 1:00PM. At 1:00PM I was seen and completed my appointment. Mr. Brooks provided exceptional customer service and processed my application in a timely fashion. He was so knowledgeable about the process and answered all of my questions. I would recommend this location.

Today is 4/10/2021 and hubby had a 10:00 passport appointment that went very good. The gentleman had excellent customer service, I can't remember his name.

A large shipment of packing peanuts was left on the ground near curbside mailbox on 1/11/2021. Carrier not motivated or too lazy to deliver something so fragile and subject to the elements or theft to front door. Expecting 4 more bags. Expect better service than we've been receiving. No wonder No one EVER answers phone at office.

Very rarely do I have a problem with this post office. My mail carriers are nice and friendly! However, every time I have to call this PO to ask a question or get information NO ONE answers the phone.nnI get my Delivery Daily Digest which is an email with picture of the mail I will receive that day. On this particular day, 1 out of the 2 pieces of mail was received. The MOST important was missing. If the envelopes were scanned and you sent me an email of them, WHY WASN'T IT DELIVERED.nnI’ve called during normal business hours, I wait patiently through the IVR, I’m told I’ll be transferred to the operator. No one answers! Each time the phone rang for 5 minutes then I’d hang up.nnAbsolutely ridiculous!
