You can go days without any mail. Even though informed delivery updates every day saying there is something due. You'll get Saturday's mail before you get the prior Friday and Thursday? Come on lets get enough people or some logistics. They can deliver packages... but not regular post for three working days at a time? The actual delivery people seem so nice though.

I've only gone into this location to drop off prepaid packages and get receipts, as well as purchase stamps. Everyone that has helped me has been kind and courteous. There are rarely lines, but when there are, they move quickly. The only thing I don't like is the parking situation--there are rarely available spots even when there's very few customers inside.

The mail carriers are nice and courteous. That is the only positive comment I can leave about this U.S. post office and its service.nnMail deliveries occur only about twice a week... They occur so late and/or infrequent that it takes over a week to receive important mail like pay stubs, voting info, bills, etc.nI wish there were a way to figure out what is wrong with this location and why this U.S. post office thinks this is acceptable service. We frequently drive to other post office locations to mail items because we don't trust that out mail will be sent in a timely fashion, if at all.

I just want to say thanks to mrs. Paula for the great customer service she gave me and my family today. Mrs Paula was so patience with us explaining everything we needed for my sister passports. Mrs. Paula we appreciate everything you did for us today so much your employer’s so lucky to have you. Stay safe.

well according to my tracking of an item i am suppose to recieve the package has been sitting at parkville po since 1/5 2021
