USPS marked my package as delivered, but I never got it (all the other packages delivered that day to my address were marked as delivered at 3:32 pm and the missing one at 4:03 pm, weird, USPS never deliver twice a day to the same address, less with 30 minutes of difference). I went to this USPS distribution center in LA 70119 to see what happened with my package, they said they did not know who delivered that day. I needed to insist almost crying to talk to the supervisor, she checked the tracking info and said it was delivered to the wrong address, that is all. No apologize, no solution, she said the only thing they could do for me is inform to the seller that it was delivered to the wrong address, ONLY if the seller call them. But since they marked it as delivered, I can not open a case and get a refund. I lost my money and the item. This people in USPS make mistakes and act with impunity. I have reported this incident on USPS online, but nothing so far. It is horrible, they can do whatever they want with your mail, deliver it to the wrong address, maybe a worker could steal it and nobody assume the responsability for the lost. How is this possible? Worst experience ever, and I was with my three years old child, they were not kind at all, they did not care, very rude people.
Relief carrier doesn’t even attempt to deliver my packages. The postal employees have gotten so lazy! I now understand why 45 wants to privatize the postal service! Reaching these people by phone is a joke! I’ve complained time and time again to no avail. We have to get rid of this system as it is now! In the past 20 years the USPS has gone from bad to completely TERRIBLE! I was for keeping the USPS as it was but now I support privatizing it. Then and only then will all of these shenanigans stop! I have informed all companies that I purchase from, DO NOT USE USPS!
I haven’t been receiving my mail.nnWhen I do receive the mail it’s from a person that lives 4 blocks from me.nnI see why folks become a victim of I’d theft.nnSo I place a hold on the mail for pickup.nI went 4 days later to pickup the mail at the local stations. I provided the agent with my address and confirmation number she came back saying the mail is in route.nnNow this piss me the hell off.nnWhy offer a hold mail when u still sent it out???nn(Clearly doing what you want to do and not what is ask of)nnI went home still no mail.nnI use your service/company for my small business.nnI’ve heard of this mess but now experience it for my self
I payed extra for my package to be delivered at a certain time, one attempt was made, they claim there was no access to the locations. Okay, fine. I made it easier for them, and requested a pick. Gets to the USPS building at 1300 Florida Ave, they can’t find my package. So I asked a near by carrier, he checked for me and says it’s out for delivery today. I waited and waited, even stood by the mail box for a while, each freaking hour. I received mail, with no package. So I checked the status online, it’s still saying, ready for pick up, per customer request. So, I called the 1800 # again, they said the same thing, so I asked to speak with the manager and he says it’s out for the delivery. So what the heck is it?? Ready for pick up or out for delivery. I am peed off.
Still not getting my packages on time. Lying and saying they cannot access my mail box when I am in a regular residence.
