Whenever I go here I get turned away. They don't like the brand of box I used. Said my mails not there - whoops, wait, yes it is. Said the envelope I used was too thick. Didn't like the tape I used. I ship out about 5000 packages a year for my business and have been for years with no issues. I only have problems here. I don't seem to have these problems at any other post office.
I think a bunch of impatient Karens wrote all these negative reviews, because the customer service at this post office is wonderful and the staff is super warm and friendly! I've had regular mail services done here and also PASSPORT services done here. All were extremely quick and efficient, this staff knows what they're doing. Just arrive with your stuff together and you'll have no problem! This is my local neighborhood post office by the way, incredibly fortunate to have it!
Went today to mail several small packages. The line was LONG but moved along at a steady pace. The ladies at the counter were polite, professional and patient. I think people who gave negative reviews didn't understand what to expect. The lines move slowly because there are questions to be answered and rules to follow.
This actually isn't a post office; it's a slow death.
