Efficient, and staff is friendly. I go here weekly to ship packages and they are always great to work with. Never once had a negative experience in weekly use for six years.
My favorite post office. Don’t let these reviews get you down. The staff at this post office is wonderful. I never have had any issues with them at all. Lines can get long but they deal with it well.
The worst service. The two ladies working today January 2, 2021 did not provide even the slightest bit of good customer service. I asked on to use the pen at the register and she just shook her head without even a simple yes or sure. The other ladies that rang me up had the worst attitude when she was rushing and messed up my option to email and print the receipt. I selected to email and print the receipt and I asked if it went through and she said no. And I asked how she was able to email it and she just did a blank stare and said they couldn’t. Another customer complained about their attitudes on the way out and said it’s always that way. So then I knew for sure that it wasn’t an illusion. Definitely going to another post office from now on
I had a very bad experience. They woman there was incredibly rude just because I asked for a piece of courtesy tape to close my package. But she wouldnt just answer my questions. She was so mean I was concerned she might not sebd my package.nnI regularly sent large shipments of 30 packages for my company USPS, but from this station 3-4 would go missing yearly. Tried to complain but they dont actually let you
