Protect the USPS! These ppl work so hard for us

I have visited this USPS office at least 10 times and each time I visited, had nothing but a pleasure. The staff is awesome, always helpful and cheerful. What more can anyone want? I do not understand what are all the negative reviews about. I guess you get back what you give. I give them my respect and they provide me friendly efficient service. The manager is also a cool lady, she was helpful to me when I needed an old receipt of a package that came from China. Overall, very happy to visit this USPS office!

The young lady clerk was very professional as well as pleasant. What's needed is more clerks in order to move the line.Also there needs to be more Black History stamps available on the regular at all post offices. This needs to be taken care of ASAP.

This office definitely gets the job done. The service is fantastic. I would say This pandemic definitely caused a big influx in online shopping therefore a higher volume of packages. So I understand it can get hectic n stressful to an extent. With That being said I feel confused as of lately because my recent packages that come through this facility haven't been leaving. A package arrived at this facility on the 11th. That was Saturday. They aren't open on Sundays. That's Okay, but the following week and still no movement? Had Another package arrived at this facility on the 15th. Wednesday. And still no movement on either one. My previous tracking records on past items have shown that this facility can process a package and have it in transit to the next destination within a day or some cases within 7 hrs. They CAN BE Quite efficient. That is what I'm used to. Witch leads me to wonder what's going on because I currently have another item on the way that will have to be processed by this facility.. Guess i have no choice but to give em a call. I believe n Am Hopeful that their employees are honest hard workers. This is a drag tho

I was living in a transitional house, so when I moved out I did an address change form for my mail to be placed in the Post Office Box I paid for with them. I was told it couldn't be done. Now the transitional house is closed down and mail is still being sent to a closed down transitional house. My medication was sent to this closed down transitional house and was stolen. I can't understand for the life of me if I am paying my money for a post office box and did an address change from, why can't my mail and medication be placed in my post office box instead of a transitional house that is no longer be use.
