Vert bad service. if management are unable to do their job then step down and let someone more capable and skilled do the job. drivers don't attempt delivery then make life so inconvenient for us. now I have to wait two days till Monday to get an item I need right now. we pay for the service but get cheated on all the time.

Staff is extremely helpful. I had questions and they were able to answer all of them. Line usually moves quickly.

Why dont they have their phone number on the internet?

I called this Post Office from out of state on a weekday about an hour before closing. The tracking number on my package was shown as never delivered because the carrier must have forgotten to do a final delivery scan. The ladies who picked up were really nice, polite, and helpful when looking into the issue which was a pleasant surprise. I had put in a missing search request a day or two prior on the main USPS site and they were able to pull up my paperwork quickly on the spot.nAlthough the package was deemed to be lost in the end, Linda the supervisor offered me a personal apology and recommended the next steps for me. Mailing mistakes happen, but this post office did not show unprofessional behavior or high disorganization as some other reviews suggest, at least for the people who were working the phones.

The best part for me about this place is the proximity of it from my house, secondly I went there to send a package and customer service were really kind and greeted everyone. I will use this place to deliver my packages in the future.
