I receive my package damage and can’t get the claim threw .went to the post office spoke with a supervisor he redirected me to the USELESS web address .no one seems to have a answer or help me this has been going on for a month.the usps is a dam joke but they can charge you for insurance but when it comes time to pay out it’s another story and don’t think about calling you will lose your mind you never ever speak to a human I’m just try the system needs to be reworked ASAP
The employees at the Harvey location have always been helpful and service is fast. The self-service kiosk is available after hours. USPS has consistently been the fastest and most reliable service for me, compared to FedEx or UPS.
Amazon said my packages was delivered and I never received my packages. They kept my packages! They are thieves !
