I know it’s rare to have a good experience at the post office, but I can say that a few of the people here went out of there way to solve a problem for me. The manager woman who I met was great, very hardworking and kind. The staff at the counter are less knowledgeable but the post office is doing their best with the funding they get

These people are very rude I hope karma gets them. Do not go to the store you will regret it.. And the supervisor don’t go there! They do not know anything about international filling of an inquiry .

I have always witnessed the staff at this location be incredibly rude and unprofessional to their customers and especially impatient to their non-English speaking customers.nHowever, today was the last straw. I’ve had it. I’ve never had a neutral experience from this location. I always walk out with such uncomfortable feelings.nnToday one of the employees that goes by the name on his name tag JE was incredibly disrespectful and mean. The second I approached the desk I became and inconvenience to his day and so he let me know that in the way he spoke to me, in the tone he used towards me, in the vocabulary he decided to use, in the way he decided to belittle me because I had made a mistake.nI felt attacked and as if he was trying to pick a fight. I was nothing but nice and professional to him and he persisted to degrade me until I had to walk away.nnI would hope that this business can show some integrity, by better training or selecting their employees and taking this review into account and consider that although this man might have been having a bad day and his actions are not acceptable, employees tend to outperform when they are valued in the workplace. I have not only witnessed his cruelty but almost every employee at this facility is taking advantage of the authority they have. I am very disappointed at this business and I will do whatever it take to avoid coming back here again!

I wouldn’t trust these people that work here .... the ones that deliver the mail .... because of Covid the people that work there.... even if you have a package that has to be signed .... the post office people sign for you and then they take your packages .... and the mail people are doing this .... you can’t trust them .... so if you’re trying to get a package in the mail make sure that you put your mail on hold ... because the people from the post office are stealing packages.

This is one of the absolute worst POs. 3rd item shipped 2d mail and it’s been 3w. The postman/woman won’t deliver to the location because they don’t want to climb the stairs to the apartment. They leave false notes, like no entry or unsecured location. There is no code and the location is secure if you actually take the package to the intended party’s front door. Rescheduled del. same day and still the package is not there. No one at the post office answers the phone when you call. I feel ripped off as I am spending the “very high” shipping fees but the delivery is very late due to inadequate delivery personnel. Will not use USPS going forward.
