Received a package via USPS. Package was crammed in the mailbox so tightly it had to be pried out with a screwdriver which defaced our mailbox. Since we were at home it could have been delivered to the door undamaged. Many thanks to the delivery person for ruining our day, mailbox, and package.

I wish the hours were longer. After working all day Monday thur Saturday, I need to be able to mail packages after 5pm. Could there be at least two late days a week until 7 pm. With Covid we are traveling less and sending more packages to our love ones. Thanks for listening. Keep up the good work.
