The staff at the atlanta post office are competent, organized, and helpful. My packages are usually delivered right away once tracking is scanned in ATL. Also, I started an online business and I've had almost 100 things go out now, none of them have been lost, they scan tracking immediately, all of my customers comment on the fast shipping. When I see usps workers in my neighborhood they are always so kind and neighborly. All of the atlanta USPS staff are rockstars and angels and I'm grateful every day for them! Its amazing they get 100s of packages a day and manage to deliver them so quickly. Thank you USPS!
Sharlene assist me this morning. She was very knowledgeable about products and rate. She took pride in her work. I was there only a few minutes. She also broke down the different rates I can save on. Keep up the great work ud83dudc4d.
Do not ship your items from here. No accountability. If they lose them, nobody knows anything. Read other reviews, something fishy going on here. Someone is more than likely stealing packages. All destination post offices(where items being sent) can never get in touch with this post office and one even stated “we don’t know what the hell they are doing at that post office, but not their jobs!”. Be aware!
Currently in a dispute with location because FIVE packages from my small business have gone missing on the same day last week. Naturally, no one knows anything; no one can solve my problem; everyone is incompetent and just jabber at you in circles until you get so frustrated you just leave. Hard to want to support this government entity in a time of struggle when they’re literally losing all my things.
Literally don’t even wanna give 1 star. I was hung up on 15 times by a “supervisor”. All I did was call and say that my package was over two weeks late and I noticed it’s been at their location for the last three days and was wondering if I could come pick it up in person.
