Opening hours is temporarily at 11:00 because the mall hours changed. They close at 6:00 on the dot because they actually care about the mail arriving on time. They will not delay the mail but will offer customers that arrived late, other solutions to still proceed with mail processing such as the post office that closes at midnight. Due to minimum staffing lunch hrs are from 3 to 4. I am positive Cumberland Mall Post office read their reviews and want to give the best customer service. To ensure that they do, it is best to take the circled survey so if a clerk is rude or pleasant those things can be properly addressed.
A long you will experience indeed. FYI— International mailing off time is 5:15 PM. Thank me later. Also, the Postal office is located by the food court and restroom.
Convenient location with fine people, IF you can manage to catch them while they are open. Hours are completely unreliable during the day, they go “for lunch” at seemingly arbitrary times, and there never seems to be enough staff to cover for these lunch breaks.
Seriously the best service I’ve gotten at a post office! Different reps all with great, quick service.
The cashiers here are very pleasant. Today the line is backed up to the front door of the mall in the food court. There is one cashier and ppl are ancy. We are tired, hungry and sleepy.
