Worst post office customer service inside the post office. Every time I go in there I DREAD it because I know I’m going to have a less than helpful experience.
I had to order a key for my mailbox and was informed it takes TWO WEEKS normally however the person that does the keys is on maternity leave so it may take longer. I assume cross training isn't a thing at the Grafton Branch. Additionally, I feel for the new mom out on maternity leave returning to a pile of work that built up while she was away. The icing on the cake is they refuse to contact me when the key is ready instead I'll just need to periodically come by and check until it's ready! In a place where the world is currently THRIVING using technology it is beyond me why I can't get an automated email, text or even a darn robo call to confirm that my key is ready. USPS we have to do better.
Nice employees and very quick to get you out! The postmaster and supervisors were very caring about my packages! Will be coming back here for my business!!!
Extremely incompetent. Arguably the worst, most unorganized, unfriendly staff I’ve ever had to interact with at ANY place of business. This location will do the VERY LEAST to help you. Every employee will treat you poorly and you will leave unsatisfied and with the impression that you have been lied to by angry workers who hate their jobs, and are not fit to handle even a small workload. As a manager in customer service, I cannot tell if it is the employees, or lack of management/ownership that makes this place such an awful location to do business. It’s unfortunate for some people that we can’t switch to the much more friendly authorized Post Office location next to Walmart on GW Highway because they aren’t a corporate location. If possible, save yourself the headache from going here and find somebody that’s willing to actually help you.
Best customer service I've ever experienced at a USPS location. Both clerks were polite, very nice, and patient with me when I needed help sending care packages to an APO address.
